We only collect information you choose to provide, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, company, phone number, inquiry type and message.
• Job applications. When you apply through our careers page we collect the details in that form — including your name, contact details, salary expectations, date of birth, gender, city, experience, education, and the CV and passport-size photo you upload.
• Product enquiries. Questions submitted through our product pages (e.g. Intellyca, Invoyser) and the information you include with them.
• Technical data. Standard information your browser sends (such as IP address and device/browser type) and privacy-respecting usage data needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request.
• Review and process job applications and communicate with you about a role.
• Send you a confirmation or reply email acknowledging your submission.
• Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website.
• Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Careers & candidate data

Job-application details, including your CV and photo, are used solely to assess your suitability for current and future roles at Technaptix. They are stored securely in our recruitment records and are accessible only to authorised members of our hiring team. If you are not hired, we may retain your application for a limited period so we can consider you for future openings, and you may ask us to delete it at any time.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the website and process submissions. They only handle your data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Google (Workspace, Sheets & Drive). Form submissions, uploaded CVs and photos are stored in our private Google workspace.
• Vercel. Hosts and serves this website.
• Our email provider. Delivers the confirmation and correspondence emails we send from our technaptix.com mailboxes.

Social media

We maintain profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, and we publish our own marketing content to them. We do not collect personal information about you from these platforms through our website. Any content you post or send to us on social media is governed by that platform’s own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to answer your enquiry, manage a recruitment process, or meet legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at info@technaptix.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to make the site work and keep it secure (for example, to maintain an authenticated admin session). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
